Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling.
- Items that have been used, altered, or modified.
- Products missing original packaging or accessories.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Wait for return instructions from our customer support team.
- Ship the approved return within 7 days after receiving return authorization.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process approved refunds within 7 to 10 business days.
Since Pixel Fortress Home accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be issued using a mutually agreed refund method after verification of your return request.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.
Processing Time
- Return request review: 1–3 business days
- Return shipment after approval: Within 7 days
- Inspection after receiving the returned item: 3–5 business days
- Approved refund processing: 7–10 business days
